CVS and olay rebate 12/28

So I ran into cvs to use my expiring eb's and do the olay quench rebate.
I bought the following:
2 olay body wash 5.49ea
2 olay quench lotion 8.99ea
1 colgate toothpaste 2.99
1 biore skin preservation wash 4.00
1 loreal hip eyeshadow 7.99 (love these!)
coupons used:
$17.98 buy olay wash get lotion free x2
$1 colgate
$3 biore
$3 loreal hip crt
$5/$30
8.99 and 3.98 eb's, 1.13 on gc
got $3 biore and $2 colgate eb's back. will do the rebate and get 17.98 back as well!

CVS and Wags 12/20

So I decided to use up all my RR coupons because I've been looking at the ads that are coming up and there is nothing that interests me or nothing that will be a moneymaker. I went and bought the above with $7 RRs. I still have $4 RR left which I will probably use for the cottonelle tp that will be on sale the 23rd.

total after $5/30 and coupons - 24.31, used eb's. got back 29.98 eb's back

got nivea, thermacare, listerine, oral-b floss, 3 revlon lipsticks (not pictured), 2 christmas bags and 1 chocolate santa. total after $5/30 and coupons 21.73, used eb's. got back 27.49 eb's back.

I also got a $1 on each card for the reusable bags.

wags 15% and $5 holiday RR

so fortunately for us, facebook put out a F&F 15% coupon that is good today and tomorrow.

this is great for me because my RRs are expiring soon and I was just going to spend them on whatever. the $5 holiday RR for spending $25 ends today too. so I made a quick little plan and then went and got:

total 30.24- 15%= 25.70

no moneymaker this time but I'm happy with the purchases. I'm sure there will be other opportunities to increase the RRs.

loving randalls and e-coupons

so I went today to Randalls to get the cookie mix and chips that ds needs for his class party tomorrow.

Make-up sales

Went looking for makeup deals today... I got:

@ HEB I got 1 max factor volume couture mascara 6.99- 2.50 heb coupon= 4.50+tax, I had to buy this because it's my favorite mascara and now it's discontinued.. so sad!

@ CVS I got the covergirl lash blast for $7 and a single cg shadow for 3.39. when you buy $10 worth of cg you get $3 eb's back. I included this in my weekly trip and used two $2 mfg coupon and a $5/$30 as well. cheap makeup and hopefully the lashblast is as good as the max factor.

@ Ulta they had a sale on different items 5/$10 and get a free little basket. I got an eyeshadow kit (reg 4.99), a cream shadow (reg 4.99), a purple mirror (reg 4.99), an ulta lipstick (reg $8) and a yankee car jar air freshener in macintosh (reg 2.99 and not pictured). Used a $3.50/$10 coupon and paid $6.50+ tax.. great little gift for my friend...

clothes shopping for the kids

these kids are just getting bigger and bigger. my oldest son is outgrowing his pants and pj's, so I went out to day to look for some good deals.

I found @ Target these two sets of PJs, the nascar is a 3 piece for 4.98 and the star wars a 2 piece for 3.74. both were 75% off... they also had a 3 piece spongebob but my ds doesn't like spongebob...lol.

@ Macy's I had a $15/$50 coupon and a $25 giftcard from grandma, (thanks grandma!!) which I used to get ds 2 pairs of jeans. I got a pair of levis ($19.99) and a pair tommy hilfigers ($31.15), for $14 including tax...
